I would describe my skill level as:

Advanced - I've been a racer for awhile, I'm able to help teach others about racing or sailing.

My racing experience:

Bolt (N/M 70) headsail trim, main trim, runners; Live Wire (Olson 40) headsail trim and helm; Mexican Divorce (1D35) headsail trim; tactician, helm; Menace (Farr 30) crew chief, headsail trim, tactician, helm/ skipper; White Knight (Farr 40) headsail trim; Taurus (Farr 40) headsail trim, mainsail trim, helm; Catalina 37 headsail trim, guys; Lil' Waggy (Frers 50) headsail trim, helm; Bower (E-Scow) boards, trim; Star Kite (Catalina 30) trim, helm. Extensive racing experience including several annual coastal races (Islands Race, Newport to Ensenada, Santa Barbara to King Harbor, Channel Islands Race, Long Point, Seal Beach to Dana Point), buoy racing in Marina Del Rey, San Pedro and Long Beach bi-weekly during April-Sept., Long Beach Race Weekend (Menace (Farr 30)-skipper 2023, Catalina 37-Trim 2024) and offshore races (Transpac 2021, Live Wire (Olson 40), headsail trim, helm) and some delivery (Cabo to LB). I have 10+ years of racing experience. I am proficient in most positions but typically upwind/ downwind headsail trim and recently more experience with tactician and helm. Willing to flex into other positions. I have competed in other women's regattas including Linda Elias Memorial Women’s One Design (LEMWOD) Challenge (Catalina 37-Trim) and Women on the Water/ Women on the Helm (WOW/WAH) (Mexican Divorce (ID35 Modified), Menace (Farr 30)- tactician/ helm/ skipper. Looking to gain more experience with sailing in more events in Northern CA, other states and abroad. Also interested in expanding my network with competitive women sailors.

My availability for practice prior to the regatta is:
